Vanilla Whiskey Sour

- 2 oz whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz organic vanilla syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 2-3 dashes orange bitters
- 2-3 dashes angostura bitters (garnish)

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Then, dry shake (without ice) vigorously for around 30 secondsSkip this step if you're not using egg white. Add ice to the shaker, and shake again until frost forms outside your shaker.
Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass or over ice into a rocks glass.
Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters to the top foam layer of the drink.
Add the garnishes.
Serve and enjoy!
