Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (if you want a colder smoothie, use a frozen banana)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp alcohol-free vanilla
  • 1 sprinkle sea salt
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ to ¾ cups almond milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie)

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined, and enjoy!
