(peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes)

butter
(dairy-free or regular)

honey

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

unsweetened almond milk
(or milk of choice)

Instructions
Place sweet potatoes in a large pot. Fill the pot with water. Bring water to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and allow to simmer until the sweet potatoes are tender when poked with a fork about 15 mins.
Drain water.
Place sweet potatoes in mixer. Add all ingredients. Whisk on high for 3-5 minutes until fluffy.

⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk,
2 tbsp brown sugar,
¼ tsp salt
