- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz. organic vanilla syrup
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters (optional + more for garnish)
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Lemon wheel (garnish)

Combine Ingredients: Add gin, lemon juice, syrup, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
2 oz. gin, 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, ¾ oz. organic vanilla syrup, 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 egg white
Dry Shake: Before adding ice, dry shake the cocktail vigorously for about 30 seconds Skip this dry shaking step if you’re not adding an egg white to the drink. Dry shaking allows the egg white to make the cocktail frothy.
Wet Shake: Add ice to the cocktail shaker and then shake again until chilled and frost forms on the cocktail shaker.
Double Strain: Double strain into a chilled coupe glass or into a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish: Add garnishes and a couple of dashes of bitters to the top of the foam, if desired.
