Red Velvet Pancakes
- 1¼ cup gluten-free flour
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flax milk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 7 crushed gluten-free Oreos
- coconut oil for cooking
- red food coloring
Vanilla Maple Syrup
- 1 part maple syrup
- ¼ part organic vanilla syrup
Vanilla Drizzle
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp organic vanilla syrup
- ½ tablespoon flax milk
Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl using a whisk
Add red food coloring. Mix very well.
Fold in crushed Oreos
Heat coconut oil in a pan, then place batter 2 inches apart
Cook until you see bubbles (about 2-4 minutes) and flip. Cook until done
