  • mixing bowl
  • Rubber spatula or similar utensil
  • baking tray, plate. etc. for placing cookie dough bites on (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • cups gluten-free oat flour (or your choice of flower)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (or your choice of butter)
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp plant based milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cup dairy-free chocolate chips (or your choice of chocolate chips)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in the refrigerator and let chill for 30 minutes. Roll into balls and enjoy.
