Peppermint Glaze Ingredients

powdered sugar

tbsp
cocoa powder

tbsp
heavy cream
(we used plant-based)

peppermint extract
¼
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to
350
°F
Grease the donut pan with a pastry brush and your choice of oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar until combined well.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs. Then whisk milk, vanilla, and vinegar.
Place batter in a pastry bag, then fill the donut pan 3/4 of the way.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Place on a baking rack and allow the donuts to cool.
While the donuts cool, place all the peppermint glaze ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the glaze over the donuts or dip them into the glaze.
Optional: Crush candy canes and sprinkle them over the donuts
