Paleo Chocolate Brownies

These gluten-free paleo brownies are absolutely perfect. They are fudgy, dense, and chewy, and the chocolate drizzle topping is the final touch!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup coconut oil room temp.
  • 4 eggs room temp.
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F
  • Line a pan with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
  • Add eggs and maple syrup to a saucepan and mix over medium to high heat until light and airy.

  • Add in melted coconut oil and mix for 30 seconds.

  • In another bowl, whisk together cocoa, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

  • Add the dry mixture to the wet, and hand stir until well combined.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix one more time.

  • Bake for 30 minutes in a 9X9 pan. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
