- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
Combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ½ teaspoon sugar in a small bowl. Mix well. Divide between 4 small glasses or jars, press down. Refrigerate while making the filling.
Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Remove from the mixing bowl.
