Ingredients
  

  • cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¾ tsp alcohol-free vanilla
  • ¼ cup dairy-free yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ice (optional)
  • protein powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely combined. 
    1½ cups strawberries, ½ cup frozen pineapple, ¾ tsp alcohol-free vanilla, ¼ cup dairy-free yogurt, ½ cup almond milk, ice, protein powder

Notes

  • If using fresh strawberries, be sure to remove the stems.
  • We used dairy-free yogurt, but any yogurt will do. Also, any milk will do. 
  • Avoid using ice by replacing it with frozen fruit.
