Gluten-Free Waffles

Our gluten-free waffles are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and infused with a delicious vanilla flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour or waffle mix
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (room temp)
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Waffle Maker: Preheat your waffle and coat it with coconut or olive oil (for best results, use a party brush).
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine and whisk all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate mixing bowl, add eggs, almond milk, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Then whisk until combined.
  • Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the dry mix into the wet. Mix until combined. Be careful not to over-mix.

  • Make Waffles: Once the waffle iron is heated, pour the batter onto the iron. Use about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter per waffle. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until your waffle maker's light goes off or until the top is golden brown (time will vary based on your waffle maker). Carefully remove the waffle. Repeat until all the batter is gone.
