  • loaf pan (or similar, covered container)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp double-strength vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Pour into ice cream maker, and process per the manufacturer’s instructions – approximately 25 minutes on ice cream mode.
    2 cups heavy cream, 2 cups milk, ¾ cup maple syrup, 2 tsp double-strength vanilla extract, ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • Store in the freezer a metal loaf pan, covered with plastic wrap (or other suitable, covered container) for up to one week.
