- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp double-strength vanilla extract
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
Whisk all ingredients together. Pour into ice cream maker, and process per the manufacturer’s instructions – approximately 25 minutes on ice cream mode.
