Ingredients

  • oz tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau, Triple Sec, etc.)

  • ¼ oz vanilla syrup (optional, for a sweeter drink)

  • Place the glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice to chill.
  • Juice your limes using a citrus juicer.

 Make the Cocktail:

  • Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, vanilla syrup (if desired), and a pinch of vanilla salt (optional) to a cocktail shaker. Then fill with ice. Shake well, then strain into your chilled margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve and enjoy!
