Peppermint Mocha Donuts

These peppermint mocha donuts are the perfect dose of chocolate, peppermint, and mocha in every bite.

These donuts are the perfect touch for any holiday brunch, dessert buffet, or even your morning cup of coffee. A lot of donuts are fried. However, this recipe is for baked donuts, which makes them similar to a piece of cake. These cake-like donuts are so light, moist, and airy that they can be enjoyed on their own, but the peppermint glaze brings them all together, creating the perfect peppermint mocha donuts.

How To Make Peppermint Mocha Donuts

These donuts are very simple to make. They can even be made gluten-free or dairy-free if you would like. To make these allergy-friendly donuts, you will need the following ingredients:

  • cocoa powder
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • eggs
  • vanilla extract: always bake with vanillatude
  • almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • peppermint extract
  • vanilla extract
  • For an added touch, crush some candy canes and sprinkle them across the donuts for a festive crunch!
