- Coconut Oil
- Eggs
- Maple Syrup
- Cocoa
- Baking Soda
- Sea Salt
- Organic Vanilla Extract
- Optional: Chocolate Chips/Melted Chocolate for Drizzle
How to Make Healthy Paleo Brownies:
Healthy desserts don’t have to be challenging to make, and these paleo brownies prove it. Just take your eggs and maple syrup and heat them on the stovetop for about 4 minutes. After that, add the coconut oil and mix it for about 30 seconds. Then in another bowl, whisk your cocoa, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Once you mix the dry ingredients, combine them with the wet, add the vanilla extract, and mix one more time.
Pour the mix into a 9×9 brownie pan and bake them for about 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool for 15 minutes before adding the chocolate drizzle, and ENJOY!

Paleo Chocolate Brownies
Equipment
- 9x9 baking dish
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut oil room temp.
- 4 eggs room temp.
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup coconut flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F
- Line a pan with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
- Add eggs and maple syrup to a saucepan and mix over medium to high heat until light and airy.4 eggs, ½ cup maple syrup
- Add in melted coconut oil and mix for 30 seconds.½ cup coconut oil
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.½ cup cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ cup coconut flour, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Add the dry mixture to the wet, and hand stir until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix one more time.1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 9X9 pan. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
