This Orange-Vanilla Monkey Bread recipe features Singing Dog Vanilla’s Vanilla Bean Paste and Organic Vanilla Salt! The hint of salt really brings out the flavors and sweet aroma of this monkey bread. There are only a few ingredients in this recipe, and you’ll be amazed at how delicious it turns out. This is another recipe made for us by Amy Tong. She has so many unique recipes with great videos.
For this Monkey Bread recipe, you will get to play with our Vanilla Bean Paste. The sweet vanilla flavor is set off nicely by the vanilla salt. You can use regular salt instead of our vanilla salt, you’ll just want to increase the amount of vanilla paste. But then again, if you have the vanilla salt handy, you can also enjoy it on the rim of your pre-dinner margarita, so we highly recommend going the vanilla salt route!
On top of being strong with vanilla flavor, the orange juice and orange peel zest really bring this monkey bread together. Using a can of ready-to-bake biscuits takes all the hard work out of this recipe so all you have to do is spend about 35 minutes baking and you’re ready to go! Enjoy!
