Summer, fresh fruit, and a hot grill are staples of summer. A warm grill takes fresh peaches from an over-the-sink snack to a delicious dessert in a matter of minutes. These grilled peaches are the perfect topping for vanilla ice cream, yogurt, or simply by themselves. In fact, this recipe was created and provided by one of our team members, Graham, and it is to die for! All you need for this recipe is a bit of Singing Dog Vanilla Salt, Coconut Palm Sugar, and Ceylon Cinnamon from our good friends at Red Ape Cinnamon.
Grilled peaches are simple to make. All you need is a hot grill, preferably cast iron, and a bit of cooking oil. These grilled peaches are sure to WOW your guests at the summer barbeque. After grilling, add the peaches, and within a few minutes, you’ll have dessert ready to go. A lot of this recipe is going to be up to your taste buds. You will be using as many or a few peaches as you would like. However, as a rule of thumb, we recommend half a peach per person when serving with vanilla ice cream. Additionally, when you’re adding the vanilla salt, coconut sugar, and cinnamon, make sure to sprinkle on till you achieve your desired taste.

Ingredients
Peaches (As many, or as few as you’d like)
Singing Dog Vanilla Salt (To taste)
Singing Dog Vanilla’s Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (To taste)
Red Ape Ceylon Cinnamon (To taste)
Oil (Vegetable or Coconut)
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice*
Instructions
Peel, cut in half and removes the pit from the peaches.
Pre-heat griddle or pan with a high-temperature oil (vegetable or coconut).
Place peaches on the hot grill and sprinkle vanilla salt and vanilla coconut palm sugar onto the peaches.

Grill the peaches until they are brown on both sides.

Once browned, add the Red Ape Cinnamon.
