  • 3 tsp baking powder 

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 eggs room temp 

  • 1/2 cup olive oil 

  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Then follow these simple directions to make 7-8 waffles;

  1. Preheat Waffle Maker: Preheat your waffle and coat it with coconut or olive oil (for best results, use a party brush).
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine and whisk all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate mixing bowl, add eggs, almond milk, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Then whisk until combined.
