Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • For the Oreo Donuts, you’ll need the following;
  • For the Vanilla Frosting, you’ll need the following;
    • Gluten-Free Oreos
    • Dairy-Free Butter
    • Powdered Sugar
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Water
    • Salt

How to make these Gluten-Free Oreo Donuts:

These baked gluten-free Oreo donuts are pretty easy to make, and since they are baked instead of fried, you can call them healthier (right?). Anyway, all you have to do is;

Prep the donut pan: The first thing you’ll want to do is to coat your donut pan with the cooking oil of your choice. Now, you’ll want to prepare your batter. To do this, whisk together the dry ingredients. Then, mix in a separate bowl, and mix the cornstarch with the water. Once that is done, add the vanilla and vinegar and mix well. Next, combine the wet and dry mixtures, and mix in the vegetable oil. When the batter is mixed well, put it into a pastry bag, and fill the donut pan so that each donut spot is about 3/4 of the way full. After the oven has heated to 350 F, bake the donuts for about 15 minutes. When they finish, set them aside to cool.

How to Make the Vanilla Frosting;

First, you’ll want to gather your gluten-free Oreos and crush them. You’ll set these aside for the very end. Then, combine all the remaining frosting ingredients in a bowl and mix them until you have a thick and creamy frosting.

Once your donuts are ready, and the frosting is made, you can grab a spoon and spread the frosting on top of each donut. Finally, sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top, and enjoy!
