This dairy-free vanilla ice cream is made with coconut and is perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. In addition to being dairy-free, this ice cream recipe is also gluten-free, corn-free, nut-free, and contains no soy. It is perfect for a vegan or paleo diet, too. Tips for Freezing Ice Cream

The most common way to make ice cream at home is with an ice cream maker. However, not everyone has one lying around, so a silicone mold used for making popsicles is perfect. You could also put the mixture into a freezer-safe food storage container and stir every 30 minutes until the ice cream has reached a preferred texture and consistency. Ingredients
13.5 Ounces Coconut Cream
7.4 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
3 Tablespoons Arrowroot Flour
2 Tablespoons Coconut Butter
1 Tablespoon Singing Dog Vanilla
1 Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.

Freeze in a silicone mold until desired consistency is reached
