  • Use frozen fruit: Using fresh fruit is perfectly fine. However, frozen fruit will make your smoothie thicker and eliminate the need to add ice. Sometimes ice is hard for blenders to handle, and frozen fruit is frozen at peak ripeness, which will help achieve maximum flavor.
  • Make smoothies in larger batches for meal prep: You can make this berry smoothie in bulk and keep it frozen for up to 3 months when you’re ready to drink it, either take it out the night before and let it defrost in the refrigerator or place it in the blender and break it up to reblend it.

  • Almond Butter
  • Almond Milk
  • Honey
  • Alcohol-Free Vanilla: This will give your smoothie a rich and creamy vanilla flavor without the taste of alcohol found in vanilla extract.
